My friends in Nashville hosted a pay-per-view party of the 1997 boxing match where Mike Tyson bit off a piece of Evander Holyfield’s ear. The oddity of the moment was spectacular. The boxing fans in the room, though, were disappointed that they didn’t get to see a full fight.
